No. Greenwich is built for U.S. and European enterprises already importing here, on programs that typically run hundreds of SKUs across international suppliers and thousands of containers a year. The focus is the commercial value and complexity of the import program, not simply the number of shipments.
They compare the economics of stated sourcing and shipment options, including assumptions, exclusions and sensitivities. Product-specific customs decisions require evidence and accountable broker review; an illustrative scenario is not a duty quotation.
Their value includes judgment on classification, origin, valuation and regulatory questions within the agreed scope. AI supports analysis; it does not replace that judgment or transfer the importer’s obligations.
No. We prepare and audit entry packs to help prevent avoidable holds. Customs examinations, admissibility issues and other factors can still delay goods. Inventory policy remains your supply chain team’s decision.
