Greenwich Mercantile

For mid-market and enterprise

Customs judgment and execution, not software alone.

Greenwich combines Enterprise AI and accountable customs brokers for mid-market and enterprise import programs. Analysis, professional judgment and implementation belong in the same conversation.

Service scope, responsibilities and fees are agreed in writing. No guarantee of clearance or savings.

Start with Greenwich. Define the whole engagement.

Bring the commercial decision and the operational work you need delivered, not just a request for an AI report. Scope landed-cost modeling, duty opportunities, customs judgment and shipment execution together.

Brokerage is provided through licensed U.S. customs brokers. This identifies who is authorized to transact customs business; it does not by itself mean you must source and manage an unrelated broker. Before committing, confirm the named broker, Greenwich contact, authorizations, commercial terms and escalation owner in your proposal.

Already have a broker? Start with the gap.

An existing broker relationship does not rule out working with Greenwich. Scope the particular commercial or operational problem and agree the collaboration before exchanging records. An incumbent-broker arrangement is a separate scoping question, not a prerequisite imposed on every customer.

A service relationship does not erase legal responsibilities.

The importer retains its obligations. Broker authorization, agency filings and any separately appointed regulatory roles must be explicit. Neither software nor a services description transfers those responsibilities or guarantees clearance.

Read the applicable order and terms together. The public SaaS Terms describe software use; confirm the documents governing any proposed professional services and broker relationship before engaging them.

Fit is about commercial stakes, not pallet count.

We serve mid-market and enterprise companies, including established importers and teams testing a new U.S. supply lane. A small shipment can be commercially significant. Confirm fit, the responsible team and the proposed work rather than inferring service quality from shipment size.

Ask for relevant evidence, not just a logo.

Request the proposed broker’s identity, verified credentials and relevant product experience. A food import program needs different evidence from an electronics program. Founder education and prior-employer affiliations are not customer endorsements or proof of customs expertise in a particular country.

Questions, answered directly.

Is Greenwich just an AI tool in front of a broker?

No. Greenwich’s offering combines analysis, accountable customs broker judgment and implementation within an agreed engagement. Software is one part of the service. Your proposal should identify the broker, Greenwich contact, deliverables and responsibilities.

Does the licensed-broker disclosure mean I must hire a separate vendor?

Not by itself. It identifies the licensed party performing customs business. Ask Greenwich to confirm the brokerage arrangement, any separate authorizations or terms, and who owns communication and escalation for your engagement.

Are you only for first-time importers?

No. Greenwich serves mid-market and enterprise companies expanding or already operating in the U.S. Value, complexity and the wider import program matter more than shipment frequency alone.

Sources and limits
